6. If there is no goal in the match, the result will be determined in the following ways:

   In order; no goals > first red card time > first yellow card time > first substitution time

   Example

   a. In case of no goal, the first red card time is 13 minutes = number 3
   b. In case of no goal and no red card, the first yellow card time is 36 minutes = number 6
   c. In case of no goal, no red card and no yellow card, the first substitution time is 46 minutes = number 6
   d. No goal, no red card, no yellow card, no substitution is number 0

7. If the matches is cancelled, delayed, etc or the matches cannot be carried out as schedules, it is also counted as number 0.
